Draws out on time, every waiver attached.
We assemble pay apps, chase lien waivers and COIs, and keep the logs your PM updates by hand. A person checks every package. Nothing goes to the owner or lender until you approve it.
The work that eats your week
- Pay apps rebuilt every month: G702, G703, backup, and a waiver from every sub
- Lien waivers that arrive late, unsigned, or for the wrong amount
- COIs that expired two months ago and nobody noticed
- Submittal logs and permit status tracked in someone's inbox
- Quotes built from the last job's spreadsheet, retyped line by line

Questions contractors ask
Do you work with Procore?
Yes. We work inside the project management system you already use, with access limited to the jobs we handle. If you run projects from spreadsheets and email, we work from those.
Do you work with QuickBooks or Sage?
Yes. We read job costs and billing from your accounting system and never post anything to it without your approval.
What if a sub sends the wrong waiver?
It is flagged before the package is assembled, with the amount it should have said. The draw does not go out until it is right or you decide to send it anyway.
How much does a pay app service cost?
The Pay App Desk starts at $2,500 setup plus $500 per active project per month. The setup is credited if you start with the Rollout.
Can you come on site?
Yes. We are in Miami and come to your office or trailer for the kickoff and whenever it is easier to sit down with your PMs.
